Spindle

The spindle of this machine adopts imported high-speed precision bearings and is driven by a servomotor. Stepless speed change can be made and so can a sudden stop. Positioning can be changed to any angle in convenience of lateral processing.

Cutters

A total of six outer diameter-cutting cutters, which can carry out complex outer-diameter processing: by means of directly moving up and down for changing cutters; high speed and high precision.

End shaft

A total of four end shafts for drilling and threading. Converse interior angles and eccentric holes drilling are possible. And the effect of eccentric threading can be achieved. Highly versatile.

Lateral processing cutters

This is the main feature of this machine. When the spindle brakes to a stop, the functions of lateral drilling, threading, groove cutting, and milling can be conducted. With the multi-level lateral processing, high-precision movement processed workpieces can be created.
